BlueTally is a well-built cloud asset tracker with a long list of integrations. Most of that list, though, is aimed at companies on Okta, Jamf and Slack. If your HR runs on Zoho People, your accounts are in Tally and every exit needs a No-Dues certificate, AssetVow covers those parts directly.

Your HR system, not a US identity stack
BlueTally learns about leavers through SCIM from tools like Okta or Entra. Plenty of Indian companies do not run an identity provider at all; the truth about who works where sits in Zoho People. AssetVow connects to Zoho People directly: you sign in with Zoho, map your offices and status words, and joiners, moves and exits come through on their own. Microsoft Entra ID works too. Keka and greytHR are not connected yet; until they are, you can upload your people list.
An exit ends with a No-Dues certificate
Flagging a leaver’s assets is half the job. In AssetVow each leaver gets an exit case with one task per item. Rahul returns his ThinkPad and charger; his access card is marked lost, which sends a write-off to the owner for approval. Damage and loss are flagged for Full & Final, and nothing is deducted automatically. Once every task is closed, HR gets the No-Dues certificate as a PDF, with the signed returns behind it.
Purchase bills with GST, sent to Tally
When the Bengaluru office buys 20 laptops from a Mumbai vendor, AssetVow reads the vendor’s GSTIN and charges IGST; a vendor in Karnataka gets CGST and SGST. The bill goes through your approval limits, and once approved it creates the 20 assets at Bengaluru. Finance exports approved bills to Tally as XML, or pushes them to Zoho Books with the invoice attached.

What is the best BlueTally alternative for Indian companies?+
It depends on what you need around the asset register. If you need Zoho People sync, No-Dues certificates at exit and GST purchase bills that go to Tally, AssetVow is built for that. If you need Jamf, Okta or Slack, BlueTally covers them and AssetVow does not.
Does AssetVow have digital signature checkouts like BlueTally?+
Yes. The employee gets a link, checks the items on their phone and types their name. You keep a PDF with the time, IP address, device and the policy version they accepted. If they do not sign, reminders go out on day 2 and day 5.
