Every company’s Zoho People form is a little different. AssetVow looks at your records and suggests which field holds the department, manager, location and dates, and which of your offices each Zoho location means, codes like FL_2_D3 included. You also choose which status words mean someone has left.

A resignation opens the exit case
Someone marked as leaving, including through Zoho’s Exit Details and Resignation forms if you choose, becomes a leaver. Their exit case opens with a return task for every asset they hold, and ends with a No-Dues certificate. New hires with a future start date arrive as joiners so IT can prepare their kit, and an office change opens a mover task.

Zoho People integration: common questions
Does AssetVow change anything in Zoho People?+
No. It reads people and their changes. Nothing in Zoho People is edited, and nothing in AssetVow is deleted by a sync: if Zoho stops listing someone, the sync only reports it.
Do we need API keys from Zoho?+
No. An owner clicks Connect with Zoho and signs in with a Zoho People admin account.
How quickly does a resignation reach AssetVow?+
At the next scheduled sync, every few hours, or within a minute if you add the webhook in Zoho People by following the Real-time updates steps on the Zoho card.
Do you support Keka or greytHR?+
Not yet. Zoho People and Microsoft Entra ID are connected today. Until your HR system is, you can upload your people list as a file.
Can we use Zoho People and Microsoft Entra ID together?+
Only one HR system or directory can fill your people list at a time. You can still use Intune and Teams alongside Zoho People.
